• What is ValidClick AdExchange?
  ValidClick AdExchange is a pay-per-click advertising marketplace where clicks are dynamically priced based on two factors: patent-pending FeedPatrol™ click fraud prevention technology coupled with click conversion quality scoring provided by an exclusive technology alliance with Fair Isaac®. Effectively, ValidClick AdExchange closes the loop between click fraud pre-screening and quality analysis, creating a completely regulated click environment.
• Where will my ads appear?
  ValidClick AdExchange consists of thousands of websites and PPC networks. When you advertise on ValidClick AdExchange, your listings will be placed across thousands of search sites, content sites, local city directories, and niche directories. Your ads will also be syndicated and protected across multiple other PPC networks including Local.com, ABCSearch, and more.
• Why create an account with ValidClick if I could advertise directly with your partners?
  Advertising directly with ValidClick AdExchange gives you the ability to manage your PPC spend across multiple networks while taking advantage of our patent pending click fraud screening and Fair Isaac Click Conversion Scoring. These two technologies combined allow you to manage your spend to a desired cost-per-conversion across multiple channels.
• How does your click fraud filtering technology work?
  FeedPatrol is a patent-pending methodology for click fraud prevention. We monitor every click in our network with a combination of client side and server side validation, and clicks that don't meet very specific requirements or indicate that they may be generated by non-human activity are thrown out prior to you ever getting charged.
• How are click prices determined?
  The Fair Isaac Click Conversion Score uses analytics based on artificial intelligence and patented profiling technologies to adapt to each click and conversion seen by ValidClick AdExchange. The scores are used to rate publishers by their ability to drive conversions for advertisers. Consequently, each network's score dynamically affects the prices that you pay for clicks.
• Can I upload a bulk list of keywords?
  Yes. Our bid interface allows advertisers the ability to bulk upload and edit keywords, and is designed for easy transfer of campaigns from other PPC bid engines.
• How long does keyword approval take?
  Keyword approval in ValidClick AdExchange happens in real-time. You upload the keywords, and they go live instantly.
• How often do you charge my credit card?
  Within your account interface you'll have the ability to define billing settings. You can define daily and monthly spend per campaign, and customize your credit card auto bill preferences.
• Can you bill me directly instead of charging my credit card?
  We offer payment terms to advertisers that reach a certain level of monthly spend. Contact your support representative for more information regarding your eligibility.
• Do you have an API I can use to manage keywords with my PPC management software?
  Yes. After you set up an advertiser account you'll have access to the API documentation. The interface will allow you to pull data, change bids, and manage your account from nearly any bid management tool.
